• Masters Students: 3,000 RMB per month

Eligibility Criteria

1. Open to all international students worldwide.
2. Age Limit:
3. Masters Applicants: Maximum 35 years old.
4. PhD Applicants: Maximum 40 years old.
5. English Proficiency: An English Proficiency Certificate is required (IELTS is not mandatory).

How to Apply

• Complete the SEU University Online Application Portal.
• No hard copies of documents need to be submitted.
• No application fee is required (only after passing the initial review).
• Scholarship results will be announced by the end of July 2025.

Required Documents

Applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:

1. Completed SEU Online Application Form.
2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy).
3. Current university students may submit a Hope Certificate
4. Transcripts of the highest degree obtained (Notarized copy).
5. Study Plan or Research Proposal (Minimum 800 words).
6. Two Recommendation Letters:Must be from Professors or Associate Professors.Letters from Assistant Professors or Lecturers are not accepted.
7. Passport Copy (Clear and valid).
8. Physical Examination Form (Photocopy).
9. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not mandatory).
10. Acceptance Letter (Required for PhD applicants and Master’s applicants in Medical, Economic, and Management majors).Download Acceptance Letter Format Here.
11. CD of Personal Works (Required only for Art students).
12. Certificate of No Criminal Record.

• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Applicants are advised to apply well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
