About the HeatDDR Programme

The HeatDDR training programme combines academic training in advanced techniques with hands-on collaboration with non-academic partners in plant breeding. This unique programme prepares doctoral candidates (DCs) to tackle challenges in sustainable agriculture and boosts their employability across various sectors.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidates must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the country of the recruiting beneficiary for more than 12 months in the last 36 months before recruitment.
Recruitment Procedure
  1. Application Submission: Candidates must apply online.
  2. Shortlisting: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview on March 27th and 28th, 2025.

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV): Detailing previous research experiences.
  2. Application Letter: Explaining your preferred research project, why you are the best candidate, and listing two alternative projects.
